Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HealthTrak AI: the HealthTrak AI apps for Android and iOS and the web app at app.healthtrakai.com (the "Service"). The Service is provided by White Mastery Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Not medical advice
HealthTrak AI is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nutrition estimates, lab report explanations, insights, targets and other AI-generated content are for general information only and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, exercise or medication, and never delay seeking medical advice because of something you saw in HealthTrak AI. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Using the Service
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own health tracking. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, resell or commercially exploit the Service;
- reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows this;
- interfere with its security or operation, or access it by automated means except through features we provide;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or harmful;
- use it to harass other users, including in groups and challenges.
4. Your content
You own the information and files you add to the Service, including meal photos, lab reports and health records. You give us permission to store and process them, including with the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service to you. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan features are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by that store under its terms. Manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings.
- If you subscribed on our website through Razorpay, you can cancel in your account settings, and you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment by emailing support@whitemastery.com.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change to an existing subscription.
- Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store as well.
6. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Health Connect, Apple Health, app stores and payment providers. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export or delete your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, White Mastery Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or for any health outcome resulting from decisions you make based on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
